Is it really free to start?

Yes. Create a parent account, add your child, and they can work free through the 3rd quiz of Chapter 1 in Mathematics, English Language Arts, and ELA Writing. No payment and no credit card.

When do I pay?

When your child finishes the free preview and wants to continue. One WiPay payment unlocks the full Caribbean Primary program until March 2027. If they write in a later year, you'll renew closer to that sitting at the then-current price.

Is this only for one country's exam?

No — it's built for the Caribbean. Select your country for your exam name and countdown (SEA, PEP, BSSEE / 11-Plus, NGSA, CPEA, and more). Core Math, English, and Writing skills are shared across the region.

What if my child is writing in 2028 or 2029?

Same price today. Choose their exam year at signup so the countdown is accurate. This unlock covers access until March 2027; you'll get a renewal notice for the following year.

How does my child log in?

You create their profile and set a 4-digit PIN. They use a Student Code + PIN — no email for them to forget.

How many children can I add?

Up to 3 children per parent account. Each child needs their own unlock payment after the free preview.

What payment methods work?

WiPay supports local Caribbean checkout (including Linx / local cards where available). Price is shown in your currency when you select your country.

Can I get a refund?
